You os is an experment started to see how popula an online operating system would be.
You can sine up for free at www.youos.com and gain acsess to your files&folders where ever you go.
Note that this is not a file host, its a propper operating system, that has a web interface that you can sein up to get acsess to.
Its writen in ajax, which is mainly acsessable depending on how it is writen.
You can also make software for it in its easy to learn programming language.
